Why You'll Want This Again
Chef Tips
- Preheat the grill well to get nice char marks and prevent sticking.
- Toss the broccoli with oil and seasoning right before grilling to keep it crisp.
Directions
Mix together the vegetable oil, soy sauce, gochujang, honey, lime juice, and red pepper flakes in a bowl to make the sauce. Heat your grill to a low temperature and give the grates a quick brush with oil to prevent sticking. Place the broccoli steaks on the grill, cover, and let them cook for about 2 minutes. Flip them over and cook for another 2 minutes. Give the broccoli another flip, then generously brush the sauce all over, especially on the stems. Let them cook for 5 to 7 minutes, then flip again, brush on more sauce, and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes until the stems are tender but still have a nice bite.
