Why This Dish Is Worth Trying
Chef's Cooking Tips
- Choose a flavorful cheese like cream cheese or ricotta for creaminess.
- Let the cheesecake cool completely before slicing to keep its shape.
Directions
Gently heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix the stuffing with a tablespoon of gravy, then press this mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust. In a separate large bowl, use an electric mixer to blend the cream cheese, ricotta, eggs, and three tablespoons of gravy until everything is nice and smooth. Gently fold in the diced turkey so it’s evenly distributed. Pour this mixture over the stuffing crust in the pie pan and pop it into the oven. Let it bake for about 35 minutes, until the filling is set. Once it’s out of the oven, spread cranberry sauce over the top for a sweet finishing touch.
