- Boiled Shredded Chicken 250g
- Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp

- Pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp
- Boiled Potatoes 3 medium size
- Popsicle sticks as required
- Cornflour Slurry
- Breadcrumbs

Step 1
Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the chopped garlic for about a minute. Then add the carrots and capsicum and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Toss in the shredded chicken along with soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, pepper, salt, chili powder, chili flakes, and coriander leaves. Stir everything well and cook for a couple more minutes.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool completely. Once cooled, add the mashed potatoes and mix everything together until well combined.

Scoop out small portions of the mixture and shape them into triangles using a knife. Stick a skewer or stick into each triangle and adjust the shape if needed.

Dip each triangle first into a cornflour slurry, then coat it with breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the triangles until they turn golden brown and crispy.

Drain on paper towels and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
