Why This Dish Is So Satisfying
Quick Kitchen Tips
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes to prevent burning.
- Cook over medium heat to avoid drying out the meat.
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the minced chicken, chopped onion, crushed coriander seeds, cumin powder, chili flakes, salt, breadcrumbs, egg, ginger garlic paste, and coriander leaves. Mix everything well until it’s all evenly combined.
Step 2
Lightly grease your hands with a little oil and shape the mixture into medium-sized kebabs.
Step 3
Heat some oil in a pan over medium-low heat and fry the kebabs until they’re golden brown on all sides. Once cooked, take them off the heat and set them aside.
Step 4
In another pan, melt the butter, then add the tomato paste. Cook it for a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with a bit of salt and pepper.
Step 5
Add the fried kebabs to the tomato sauce and gently mix to coat them well. Then toss in sliced onions, chilies, ginger, and fresh coriander leaves.
Step 6
Give everything a final stir and serve it hot. Enjoy!
