What Makes This Recipe Unique
Expert Cooking Tips
- Toast the bread lightly to prevent sogginess but keep it soft enough to bite easily.
- Prepare fillings ahead of time to let the flavors meld together nicely.
Step 1
Combin the luncheon meat cubes, processed cheese sauce, pimientos, and sandwich spread in a blender. Pulse everything together until you get a smooth mixture, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides so it blends evenly. Once it’s ready, spoon the spread into a bowl.
Step 2
Take 15 slices of white bread and spread a generous layer of the mixture on each one. Place a slice of whole wheat bread on top of each, gently pressing them together. Trim off the crusts for a neat look.
Step 3
Cut each sandwich in half diagonally to create triangles. To finish, sprinkle some parsley flakes over the sandwiches and add a small slice of cucumber on top of each piece for a fresh touch. Enjoy!
