Directions
Lightly heat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with some oil, sugar, and a pinch of salt until they’re all nicely coated. Spread the slices out on a baking sheet, making sure they’re in a single layer and lying flat. Pop the tray into the upper part of the oven and bake until the tops just start to brown, about 20 to 25 minutes. Then, carefully flip each slice over and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes until they’re toasted on the other side. Once they’re done, gently loosen the slices from the pan right away. They’re delicious served warm or at room temperature.
