Helpful Tips For Cooking
- Avoid pressing down on the burgers while cooking to keep them juicy.
- Let the patties rest for a few minutes before serving to lock in the juices.
Directions
Shap the ground beef into four equal-sized patties. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for a couple of minutes, then add the burgers. Let them cook undisturbed for about 2 minutes on each side until they get a nice brown crust. Turn the heat down to medium, sprinkle half of the salt and pepper on one side, flip the patties, and season the other side with the remaining salt and pepper. Cook them for about 6 minutes on each side to make sure they’re cooked through. Next, drizzle half of the Worcestershire sauce over the burgers, flip them, and let them cook for another 2 minutes. Pour the rest of the sauce on, flip once more, and cook for 2 more minutes. To be sure they’re done, check that the internal temperature reaches at least 160°F.
