- 4 slices turkey bacon

Step 1
Heat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and placing the pizza on a baking sheet. Pop it in the oven and bake for about 13 to 15 minutes. While the pizza is baking, warm some olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the bacon, onion, and bell pepper until they’re nice and tender, which should take around 8 to 10 minutes. Drain any extra grease, then add the chopped spinach and garlic to the pan. Stir everything together until the spinach wilts, then transfer the mixture to a small bowl and let it cool for a few minutes.
Step 2
Once the pizza is out of the oven (leave the oven on!), mix the egg whites into the veggie and bacon mixture. Carefully spoon this topping over the pizza, going slowly so the eggs don’t spill over the edges. Use your spoon to catch any drips and gently spread them back on top.
