Why This Recipe Is So Good
Tips For Perfect Results
- Don’t overmix the chicken mixture to keep the texture tender.
- Let the patties rest a few minutes after cooking to retain their juices.
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the chicken with chopped garlic, chopped chillies, lemon juice, cream, yogurt, salt, and pepper. Heat some oil in a pan and cook the chicken until it’s tender and cooked through. Set it aside when done.
Step 2
In a blender, combine mint leaves, coriander leaves, chillies, garlic cloves, lemon juice, salt, cumin seeds, and yogurt. Blend everything into a smooth, creamy sauce.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with a little salt and pepper. Heat some oil in a pan and cook the eggs like a thin omelette for 1-2 minutes. Set aside once cooked.
Step 4
Toast the buns in a little oil until they’re golden and slightly crispy. Set them aside.
Step 5
To assemble, spread some of the green sauce on the bottom bun, add a layer of lettuce, then the cooked egg, followed by the chicken. Top with more sauce and some onion rings.
Step 6
Finish with the top bun and enjoy your burger with a cold drink on the side!
