Why This Dish Is So Satisfying
Chef Tips
- Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket to allow even cooking and browning.
- Let the meatloaves rest for a few minutes after cooking to keep them moist.
Directions
Spray the air fryer basket with a little oil, then preheat it to 390°F (200°C). In a big bowl, mix together the ground chuck, egg, bread crumbs, mayo, onion powder, and a pinch of salt until everything is well combined. Shape the mixture into six small meatloaves. Place them in the air fryer basket, making sure they have a little space between them so they cook evenly. Cook for about 30 minutes until they're cooked through and nicely browned. Then, spread a bit of ketchup on top of each mini meatloaf and pop them back in for another 3 minutes to let the sauce set. Let them cool for a minute before digging in!
