Why This Recipe Is So Easy To Love
Simple Cooking Tips
- Cook noodles separately to prevent them from getting mushy.
- Add fresh herbs at the end to keep their bright flavor.
Step 1
In a large bowl, toss the chicken strips with ginger garlic paste, pepper, salt, chili powder, and cornstarch until everything is well coated. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for about 5-6 minutes, until they turn nice and golden. Set them aside once done.
Step 2
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan, then add the ramen noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
Step 3
In a small bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, mustard paste, soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, and the ramen seasoning powder. Pour this sauce over the cooked noodles and give it a good toss so the flavors blend well.
Step 4
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan, crack in an egg, and fry it until cooked to your liking. Season with a little salt and pepper.
Step 5
To serve, pile the saucy noodles on a plate, then top with the fried chicken strips and the fried egg. Garnish with sliced green chilies and a sprinkle of roasted sesame seeds for some extra flavor and crunch.
