Why This Recipe Is So Easy To Love
Chef's Cooking Tips
- Make sure the oil is hot before frying to get a crispy crust.
- Don’t overcrowd the pan; fry in batches for even cooking.
Step 1
In a big bowl, toss together the chicken chunks, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, crushed coriander seeds, chili flakes, cumin powder, dried fenugreek, lemon juice, cornflour, rice flour, egg white, chopped green chilies, coriander, mint, onion, and salt. Mix everything really well until it all comes together.
Step 2
The cornflour, rice flour, and egg white help hold the mixture, making it nice and smooth. Keep mixing until it sticks together.
Step 3
Lightly grease your hands with a bit of oil and shape the mixture into small balls.
Step 4
Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat, then carefully drop in the balls and fry them until they’re golden and crispy on all sides.
Step 5
Once cooked, drain them on paper towels to get rid of any excess oil.
Step 6
Serve these spicy fritters hot with your favorite sauce or ketchup and enjoy!
