Melt the butter in a small, 4-inch ramekin in the microwave for about 25 seconds. Be careful when taking it out—it’ll be hot! Next, add the almond flour, shredded Cheddar, onion powder, and baking powder to the melted butter. Give everything a good stir until it’s well combined. Crack in the egg and mix it in until the batter is smooth. Pop the ramekin back into the microwave and cook on high for around 90 seconds, or until the bread looks set. Let it sit for a minute to cool slightly. Then, run a butter knife around the edges and flip the bread out onto a plate. Slice it horizontally to create two pieces, and you’re ready to enjoy!
