Tips To Improve This Recipe
- Use medium-high heat on the grill to get a nice char without drying out the meat.
- Let the skewers rest for a few minutes after cooking to keep them juicy.
Step 1
Chop coriander leaves, green chilies, mint leaves, and onions together until they’re finely minced.
Step 2
Add the chicken, cream, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, salt, pepper, and cumin powder to the mix, and blend everything well until it comes together.
Step 3
Grease your hands with a little oil and shape the mixture into kebabs using a straw or pencil to help form them evenly.
Step 4
Fry the kebabs in a pan over medium heat until they turn golden brown on all sides.
Step 5
For that smoky flavor, heat some oil until it’s smoking, pour it over hot coals, then quickly cover the kebabs with a lid to trap the smoke.
Step 6
Serve the kebabs hot with some refreshing green raita on the side.
