Directions
Spread a generous layer of chocolate-hazelnut spread on the underside of each chocolate chip cookie. Sprinkle some chocolate sprinkles over the spread for a little extra crunch and sweetness. Next, toast a marshmallow over an open campfire flame, holding it on a stick and turning it slowly until it’s golden brown and gooey—this usually takes about 1 to 2 minutes. Once the marshmallow is perfectly melted, sandwich it between two of the prepared cookies. Let it sit for a minute or two so the marshmallow can cool just enough to hold together without burning your mouth. Then, dig in and enjoy!
