- Flour 1 tbsp

Step 1
Soak the chicken drumsticks in a bowl of water with ginger garlic paste, vinegar, and salt. Let them sit for about an hour to absorb the flavors.

While the chicken is soaking, mix together yogurt, salt, coriander powder, crushed coriander seeds, cumin powder, chili flakes, and some ginger garlic paste in another bowl.

Stir in the flour until everything is well combined and forms a thick marinade.

Drain the chicken from the water and coat each piece thoroughly with the yogurt mixture.

Let the chicken marinate for another hour so all the spices really soak in.
