Expert Cooking Tips
- Let the chicken rest a few minutes after baking to keep it juicy.
- Add your favorite herbs or spices to the cheese topping for extra flavor.
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together yogurt, oil, salt, turmeric, chili powder, cumin, coriander, paprika, chili sauce, and vinegar.
Step 2
Add the chicken to the bowl and toss everything well to coat the pieces evenly.
Step 3
Heat a pan over medium-low heat and add the marinated chicken. Cook until the chicken is done through, then cover the pan and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 4
While the chicken is cooking, make the white sauce: heat some oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the flour and cook it for about 3-4 minutes.
Step 5
Slowly add milk while stirring, and cook until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Once the chicken is ready, spread it in a pan, pour the white sauce over it, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Add some chili flakes and oregano, then garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Step 7
Cover the pan and cook on low heat for about 3 minutes until the cheese melts.
Step 8
Turn off the heat and serve hot.
