Directions
Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat. Toss in the shrimp and cook them for a minute or two until they just start to turn pink. Then sprinkle in the onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, paprika, red pepper flakes, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Pour in a little water to keep the spices from sticking and burning, then give everything a good stir. Let the shrimp cook gently for another 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they’re firm and cooked through but not rubbery. Just before you take the pan off the heat, stir in a bit of butter to add a nice richness. Once the butter has melted and everything is well combined, you’re ready to serve.
