- Bread slices As required

Step 1
In a food processor, add coriander leaves, green chili, onion, and garlic. Blend everything until it’s finely chopped.

Add the chicken, salt, pepper, chili powder, and chili flakes to the mixture. Blend again until smooth, then set it aside.

Take your bread slices and spread the chicken mixture evenly over one side. Cut each slice diagonally.

In a bowl, beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt and some chili flakes. Dip each bread piece into the egg mixture, coating both sides.

Press the back side of the bread into breadcrumbs, making sure it’s well coated.

Heat oil in a pan over high heat and fry the bread pieces until they turn golden brown and crispy.
