Directions
Gently heat your oven to 400 degrees F and give your muffin tin a quick spray with cooking spray. In a blender, toss in the peanut butter, banana, honey, egg white, almond extract, baking soda, and a pinch of sea salt. Blend everything until it’s nice and smooth. Once that’s done, fold the chocolate chips into the batter with a wooden spoon. Scoop the batter into your muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
