Chef's Cooking Tips
- Chill the cheese ball well before serving to help it hold its shape.
- Add finely chopped nuts for extra crunch and texture.
Step 1
Beat the cream cheese and butter together in a bowl with an electric mixer until the mixture is nice and smooth. Then, add in the brown sugar, confectioners' sugar, apple pie spice, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix everything again until it’s fully combined and creamy.
Step 2
Scoop the cheese mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap and wrap it up tightly, shaping it into a ball. Pop it in the fridge for at least a couple of hours so it can firm up.
Step 3
While the cheese ball chills, mix the pecans with the brown sugar and cinnamon on a shallow plate. When the cheese ball is ready, unwrap it and roll it around in the pecan mixture, pressing gently to make sure the nuts stick all over. Enjoy!
