Directions
Combine olive oil, coconut aminos, steak seasoning, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Toss the steak pieces in the marinade and let them sit for about 15 minutes to soak up the flavors. Meanwhile, preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C). Line the bottom of the basket with some perforated parchment paper to keep things from sticking. Once the steak has marinated, drain off the excess liquid. Add the steak along with the quartered portobello mushrooms to the basket. Cook everything for 5 minutes, then take the basket out and give everything a good toss. Pop it back in and cook for another 4 minutes until the steak is nicely browned and the mushrooms are tender.
